Having lived overseas for 6 years and travelled extensively, I am always a bit skeptical of traveling through an agency. However, given that I was going somewhere completely new and on my own, I thought that having a local contact would be most beneficial. Second upon arriving in Armenia it became quite clear that if I were to have any concerns during my trip that WinterArmenia was going to do its best to resolve any situation. In the end, I can honestly say that WinterArmenia is the most professional and courteous travel agency that I have worked with.
